DONALD TRUMP: The Wrong Man For US Presidential Candidature!

I must confess here that I am not an expert when it comes to US politics. I do not know much about the Democrats and the Republicans, or their history. But Donald Trump's second involvement, after 2012, with the Republicans, did capture my attention but for all the wrong reasons.
We all know politicians are not the most likeable group. But I do believe they should be politically correct while being in public at least. One must think zillion time before making statements. Even if the person has his/her inner demons they should try to control it and speak in a balanced manner.
US Presidential race is something that the whole world watch with great interest. America is involved at a global level, dealing with countless issues. So the candidates should possess the right image as the whole world looks up to the person. Trump a real estate mogul, competing for the position of US President, seem like an unbelievable proposition to me. When I heard this the first time I was completely shocked. He is a successful businessman but does that mean he will make a fine world leader as well?
From what I have seen, Trump's overall persona is that of an overbearing and intolerant individual. He gets edgy when he is criticized. He kicks out journalists as he does not agree with their views. He attacks his opponents at a personal level. He even made sexists comments on another candidate Carly Florina's physical appearance! According to Rolling Stone, he said (about Florina), "Look at that face, Would anyone vote for that?" Even a political juvenile would know that one should never make such comments.
Trump behaves like an absolute dictator, ordering around people and does not even pretend to be humble. His candidacy, I feel, will reduce the US to the level of a laughing stock in front of the world. Of course, the American citizens know better than me and their decision is what that counts. Hopefully, they will elect a man who possesses balanced views and is not a megalomaniac. But then again, I won't write off Trump completely either. Occasionally, he does make sense but if he wishes to gain respect globally, he should learn a bit of diplomacy as well. He might go on to prove me and his other critics wrong as well. Let's wait and see.
